Terms of Service
By using Are We There Yet?, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app, or have parental consent if under 18. These Terms apply to all plans including Free, Road Trip Premium, Plane Mode, and the Bundle.
Subscription Plans & Payments
Free Plan — No charge. Includes 5 classic road trip games, scoreboard, and timer.
Road Trip Premium — $5.00 USD/year. Unlocks all 36 road trip games, full Teen Zone (10 games), custom favorites, scoreboard, and timer. Does not include Plane Mode.
Plane Mode — $5.00 USD/year. Unlocks all 21 quiet plane games designed for flights and airports. Does not include road trip games or Teen Zone.
Bundle (Road Trip + Plane Mode) — $7.00 USD/year. Unlocks everything in both Road Trip Premium and Plane Mode at a discounted combined rate.
All paid subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel anytime before renewal — see "How to Cancel" below. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription any of these ways:
📧 Email us — Send a cancellation request to [email protected] and we'll cancel within 24 hours.
🧾 Via your receipt — Find the original payment email from Stripe and use the manage/cancel link included in it.
📱 Via your bank or payment app — If you paid with Apple Pay, PayPal, or a card, you can manage or cancel recurring charges directly in your banking or wallet app.
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing year. You won't be charged again.
Referral Codes
Valid referral codes grant 30 days of full Bundle access (Road Trip Premium + Plane Mode) at no charge. After 30 days, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan unless you purchase a subscription. Referral codes are single-use and may not be shared or resold.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, copy, or misuse the app or its content. All games, content, and features are the intellectual property of Are We There Yet?, Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the total amount you paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
Privacy Policy
Are We There Yet?, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers). We also collect basic usage data to improve the app experience.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the service, process payments, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage
Account data including your plan status is stored locally on your device. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store payment details on our servers.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
